What to expect when you request care
If you’re reaching out about care for a loved one, here’s how it works — with no pressure and no obligation at any step:
- We listen. We start with a free consultation to understand your loved one’s needs, daily routines, and what matters most to your family. No long-term contract is required to begin.
- We assess. We complete an intake assessment and build a personalized care plan before any services begin. We’ll always be upfront about cost, scheduling, and what we can and can’t safely provide for your situation.
- We match and begin. We pair you with a trained, Butterfly Certified caregiver and, whenever possible, arrange an introduction before the first official visit.
We typically respond within one business day, and your information is always kept private.
