About Us
A Person-Centered Approach to Home Care
Butterfly Home Care is a purpose-driven provider of compassionate, in-home care for individuals with disabilities, aging adults, and families facing complex care needs. Founded by a caregiver and shaped by real-world experience, we provide professional, compassionate support that builds trust, protects dignity, and improves quality of life for the people we serve.
Who We Serve
We support individuals of all ages living with disabilities, aging-related needs, recovery challenges, or chronic health conditions, as well as families looking for consistent, reliable support at home.
We are especially known for our expertise in autism care and our ability to provide culturally responsive services that honor each family’s values, language, and lived experience.
MEET BECKY
Our Founder
Becky Wang founded Butterfly Home Care with a deeply personal understanding of what families need when care becomes part of daily life. As both a mother and a daughter, she has experienced the challenges many families face, supporting a child with special needs while also helping aging parents who need more care and attention.
Her journey into home care did not begin in this field. It began through lived experience, advocacy, and a desire to create something better for families like her own. Becky saw the need for greater humanity, dignity, and more dependable support in home care, and she founded Butterfly Home Care to meet it.
Transforming Lives Through Care
Today, Butterfly Home Care reflects Becky’s larger mission: to provide compassionate, high-quality care that helps individuals remain safe, respected, and supported in their homes and communities. As the company has grown, so has her vision to help others build care agencies rooted in the same values of integrity, compassion, and service.
Becky earned a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from Carroll University and a Certificate in Business from Harvard University.
A MESSAGE FROM BECKY
“I am a mom and a daughter, so I understand how overwhelming caregiving can feel. Many families are balancing work, children, aging parents, and the changing needs of a loved one at the same time. You should not have to carry that alone.
As a mother of a son with autism, I understand the strength, patience, and advocacy it takes to care for a loved one with unique needs. That experience shaped who I am and inspired me to build a company that serves families with compassion, respect, and understanding.
My background is in technology and business, but my true calling is serving families and strengthening communities. Through Butterfly Home Care, my goal is to provide the kind of support I would want for my own family—and to help others build agencies that do the same in the communities they serve.
When families come to Butterfly Home Care, we want them to feel supported, understood, and cared for every step of the way.”

Our Values
Integrity
Trust is earned through integrity, honesty, and respect. At Butterfly Home Care, that means being transparent in our business practices, clear in our communication, and professional in every interaction. Every commitment matters, and every person we serve deserves care that protects their privacy, dignity, and best interests.
Quality
Providing high-quality care is a responsibility we take seriously. Every care plan is built around the individual's needs, with proactive support that helps promote better outcomes. Along the way, the people we serve, their families, and our team receive the information and resources they need to feel informed, supported, and confident.
Compassion
Every person deserves dignity, respect, patience, and kindness, no matter their background or ability. Each family has different needs, and our diverse team helps us provide care that feels personal, respectful, and culturally responsive.
Gratitude
We are grateful for the trust families place in us, and we want every person we serve — along with our team members and partners — to feel valued. That gratitude shows in the personal care and support we provide, as well as in our advocacy for workers, patients, and families.
