Our clients include individuals of all ages navigating disability, aging, recovery, or chronic health conditions—alongside families seeking consistent, reliable support. We are especially known for our expertise in autism care and our ability to deliver culturally responsive services that honor each family's values, language, and lived experience.

MEET BECKY
Transforming Lives Through Care
Becky Wang founded Butterfly Home Care with a deeply personal understanding of what families need when care becomes part of daily life. As both a mother and a daughter, she has experienced the challenges many families face, supporting a child with special needs while also helping aging parents who need more care and attention.
Her journey into home care did not begin in the health care field. It began through lived experience, advocacy, and a desire to create something better for families like her own. Becky saw the need for more humanity, more dignity, and more dependable support in home care, and she built Butterfly Home Care to meet that need.
Today, Butterfly Home Care reflects Becky’s larger mission: to provide compassionate, high-quality care that helps individuals remain safe, respected, and supported in their homes and communities. As the company has grown, so has her vision—to expand Butterfly Home Care’s mission through franchising by helping other purpose-driven owners build care agencies rooted in the same values of integrity, compassion, and service.
Becky earned a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from Carroll University and a Certificate in Business from Harvard University.

My background is in technology and business, but my true calling is serving families and strengthening communities. Through Butterfly Home Care, my goal is to provide the kind of support I would want for my own family, and to help others build agencies that do the same in the communities they serve.
